How is Thermage different from Ultherapy?

Thermage uses radiofrequency across a broad dermal volume, improving overall laxity, pore appearance and texture. Ultherapy uses focused ultrasound to reach the deeper SMAS at set depths, addressing descent and jawline definition. They act on different layers and are frequently combined.

How long does the effect last?

Most patients see the effect maintained for roughly 12 to 18 months. Ageing continues throughout, and individual results vary with skin condition, age and lifestyle.

Is there downtime?

Generally none. Mild redness or warmth may persist for a few hours and normal activity, including makeup, can usually resume the same day.
