Liquid-form polycaprolactone — the first PCL delivered without microspheres.
GOURI is polycaprolactone in liquid form rather than as microspheres. Because it is not particulate it spreads across the treatment field rather than sitting where it was placed, and it does not require sedation. Conventional particulate PCL and PLLA stimulate collagen effectively but carry a recognised burden of nodule and granuloma formation; the liquid formulation was developed to address that.
Dr. Lee Chan-jong is a co-author on peer-reviewed research into liquid-form PCL, including a study on dermal thickness and collagen production published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology and a case series on long-term bruising published in Clinical, Cosmetic and Investigational Dermatology. Forever Clinic Myeongdong treats GOURI as a signature programme on that basis.

Suitability is assessed at consultation. Where a combination gives a better result than a single modality that is what will be recommended, and where a treatment is not warranted that will be said plainly.

This page describes GOURI as performed at Forever Clinic Myeongdong and is general information rather than medical advice. Outcomes vary between individuals and all procedures carry risk, which is discussed during consultation. Prices shown are those published by the clinic and are subject to change.
